Do you think if sims 3 and 4 combined it would make a perfect game?

To be honest ts4 is short of like an open world...
I didnt really follow my sims everywhere...
But I really do miss, and which I was hoping to return in seasons and pets were being able to...
Swim in the ocean
Have pets sleep in bed with you
And controllable pets without the mod, and cars
I would also like shopping and an actual pizza store set up
